My superior is such a faker

Today I have finally proved that my superior is such a faker. A freakin faker. But hey thanks! At least this is a heads up that I should never ever trust you. Talk about trust, you've always let your people down. You never backed us up. You are easily shaken and never fought for your peoples standing. You never knew how to defend us. Never even bothered the technicalities of our work. How the hell did you become a leader when you can't even stand for your people????????? Ikaw mismo nagbabagsak sakanila. Ikaw mismo ang kalaban namin. And when an incident happens, you always take the blame on your people. How could you? I'd rather be under a superior who's strict but can defend his people rather than you who can't even stand for us. I now understand M' Khai & S' Jing's sentiments. Even I wanted to resign :( If only I could be transferred to another department, anywhere just away from you! This is yet again a hate post because I feel so disappointed that I have to blog this away. So sad that you are my boss :(
