Hmm, so how do I start this? Alright, I just wanted to share my current situation in my career Its been one hella ride in customer service and order management team, and this time, I'll soon be handling International Ops. However, my status will still be the same because as per my superior the changes will still happen based on HRs review. Seriously? You're delegating me an additional workload but no increase in pay and position? Great.... Thank you for giving me false hope (AGAIN) JWSL. You never fail to demotivate me.... But then, I don't want to sound negative. Might as well look at the brighter side since this is an opportunity for growth. Sooner or later I shall be credited with all the hardworks. Diba? Oh well...
